Azad Kashmir people are protesting against the fed. govt, regarding funds and certainly not for joining India or against the state of Pakistan, and the reason they can protest here with not hundreds killed and blinded by the occupying Indian forces.

Can the Indian Kashmiris protest against the state attrocities without being killed and blinded.

Now With strenghtning of India Economically the narrative on Kashmir have been unilaterally changed from "Resolve this dispute after Pakistan stops supporting Jihadis" to "Whole Kashmir is Part of India".
So a Strongly Militarized Pakistan is the only check to this behavior?
Tomorrow India will claim Parts of Sindh Balochistan and Punjab.

What if Pakistan corrects its course. Religious extremism is dealt with, Economy becomes stable, State becomes strong.
Then what? BJP has truly done 1000 times more demage to the minds of people of this region then Jihadis could ever do.
Rascals think it will always be like this. India will become USA and Pakistan will continue downhill.
There is a reason 3rd world countries are 3rd world countries with unstable conflicts all around. While developed countries are what they are.

When Pakistan become stable and Democratic, I am convinced more and more that The Govt will become more and more agressive toward India. They have completely failed to behave like the bigger responsible power of the region. More like hegemon.

Kashmir under the King and Shiekh Abdullah signed the instrument of accession with India
Hyderabad's King signed the instrument after Kasim Rizvi ran away from the country.
Junagarh ie. Gujurat was predominantly hindu and at that time had 80% hindu population, Jinnah wanted to form nations on religious lines so i don't think how this would've fit in the scenario, the king fleed to Pakistan and the local population joined India through popular vote. Apart from these all unions joined India out of their will.
Goa too was took from the Portuguese after a short skirmish.

The last nail in the coffin was Kargil war, a huge political and military debacle that's when Pakistan lost their Kashmir card internationally. Nawaz Sharif made an state visit to US just to ask American prez to ask India to stop, guess what they didn't stop as Pakistan's official claim was there were no soldiers just local kashmiri mujaiheens. After the war America became totally pro India.
