What are India’s ties with Baloch rebels?
It is established that BLA commanders, in the past, had sought medical treatment in India’s hospitals, often under disguise or with fake identity.

In one such case, a militant commander in charge of Khuzdar city was based in Delhi for at least six months in 2017 when he underwent extensive treatment for kidney-related ailments. Pakistan has blamed India for supporting the Baloch rebels. It is known that the Baloch sardars like the late Akbar Bugti and Ghaus Bukhsh Bizenjo maintained warm personal ties with various Indian political figures. However, visits by militants are often under assumed identities unlike those by prominent well known leaders.

Another leader, who visited India last year, was Mama Qadeer. He has become a popular face of civil society movement after he launched a long march seeking the truth about his missing son, a Baloch activist.

Role of General Razik of Kandahar in Support for BLA & Alsam Achu Travel to India:

In 2018, Aslam Baloch, the young radical leader of BLA, was killed in a suicide bombing in Kandahar’s Aino Mina along with some of his followers. Unconfirmed reports suggest that Aslam Baloch had travelled to India in the past and met with people sympathetic to the Baloch cause. The organisation lost a major supporter with the October 18 assassination of Kandahar police chief General Razik by a Taliban sympathiser. Since the assassination of Aslam Baloch, the BLA has maintained silence about its leadership. It is known that regional commanders are playing a crucial role in steering the organisation at present.

BLA doesn't have anything left now, below a hundred fighters probably. Most of the misguided, about 90% maybe, I don't know, surrendered and reassimilated.

So now all they can do is wage war on the internet sitting behind some screens in Afghanistan, India and UK.

The Hindu, a great example of how Indian media is so amateurish, and The Hindu actually tries very hard to pass itself off as balanced, sensible and non-sensationalist!

In another article today, its journalist simply declares BLA as freedom fighters while quoting BLA hierarchy as irrefutable evidence of the same. Classic Indian example of what their readership regards as independently verified facts (the whole post-Balakot "our biased sources said it's true, so the world must accept that it is true" mantra).

"
“BLA is a moderate, secular and an armed defence organisation. BLA is resisting on its motherland against foreign intruders to protect its people. The international laws allow any person or nation to act in self-defence. The U.S. State Department’s ban on BLA is beyond comprehension and unjustified,” a statement issued by BLA spokesperson Jiyand Baloch declared...
...The BLA is the oldest and largest militant movement in the province, which is in focus due to a confrontation between the Pakistan military and the rebels of the province who are seeking freedom. The BLA rebels claim that Pakistan has been exploiting the rich resources of the province without due share to the locals and the indigenous Baloch tribes."

The rebels of the province are seeking freedom indeed.... because they are oppressed by Pakistan....because their spokesman said so no less.

The question here is, how Pakistan FO handled it? Did they affectively taken-up the matter with UN or any visiting US authorities visiting Pakistan? US usually blames Pakistan, if anything happens in Afghanistan/India.
Pakistan to deal with such issues pro-actively and aggressively.

U guys call Gilgit Baltistan as Azad Kashmir and yet there is no coverage over this so called Azad kashmir by media.
People who pick up guns in kashmir are regarded as freedom fighters.

OTOH, India doesn't deny medical treatment to anyone. Sometimes permits are limited due to geopolitics development.

.
:)Good, we should provide medical treatments to anyone who needs it.

They walk freely to Afghanistan, gets passport then comes to India for medical treatment. So, Pakistan have no control over it's borders?

They were not banned when they come to India and we didn't know their original identity. Besides it's ironic when you say designated terrorist lol. When Hizbul Muj was banned you were saying it's irrelevant.:D Now it becomes very relevant huh.

It allows enemy to hit them without caring for consequences.

Just wondering who issues them Passport to get Indian Visa?
India offers visa for medical treatments for Pakistani Passport Holders.
Weather the passport holder is a terrorist or not is the job of local police verification system.
Dont blame India for your failures...

Azad Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan are as open as they can be

Yeah you don't see people dying their like IOK because such things don't happen there

As for medical treatment. You are providing medical support to terrorists under fake IDs. Don't see anything wrong in that?

They use Afghan passports. In fact some have Indian passports too

Very poor justification for your support for terror

Most Indian citizens probably might have never heard of BLA. Even I came to know about these groups in Pakistan after I visit PDF some 6 years back (without joining). Indian politicians who comment on them are having a knee jerk reaction to Pakistan sponsored separatist movements in JK.

What I am saying is, we couldn't care any less about what you do with your own people. There are no large association with Pakistani groups with Indians. They hardly make any news unless there is a major attack like APS.
So, you carpet bombing them all is your prerogative, if any unknown BLA commander acquire passport of Afghanistan and come to India for treatment, then there isn't much to it other than they are not in travel ban list in airport and their visa is valid given India accept medical tourists from Afghanistan fairly quickly compared to Pakistan. Even with this US banning, they could still move freely to India for medical treatment.
