first of all it was never intended to b a secret

the sources who leaked the news was in fact from the navy itself

all that they wanted is to give an alarm to some others about india's secret nuclear submarine base

the part which is secret in it is the main part...its location...do anybody know here were is it other then 200 kms around vishakhpatanam

Submarine base does require a hilly terrain adjacent to sea waters for them to maintain stealth passages in and out of base. Godavari delta starts just 50-60 kms south of vizag and there is no way to built base as they are flat and very densely populated areas. Whole north of vizag are full of shallow waters which are not suitable for bases, so most probable places will be at max 10kms north of vizag and 50 kms south of vizag or in vizag itself or whole thing is just a big bluff.
