Judging by the history of recent mishaps feel upon the Indian Navy, its suffice to say that Indian Navy is relatively safer at the sea then in the docks, ofcourse with the exception of getting caught with pants down by Pakistan Navy.

Any updates on that collision? Seems like very bad seamanship, the maneuver was pretty simple and basic.
