The point is mute here, Indian culture is not like American, and no it's not limited to Muslims - Hindus are the same - no one rioted when Kashmiri Pandits were expelled.
That being said, there have been riots - see the Azad Maidan or Babri Masjid riots for instance but these only increase the animosity, segregation, ghettoization of Muslims, the reason being the situations aren't comparable at all, there's no black majority state in USA which demands separatism neither there have been a partition by blacks in history.
Muslims have regressed in terms of social standing due to the post-partition trauma, suspicion and henceforth discrimination whereas blacks have progressed. It's really, Apple vs Oranges.

You can't count Bollywood people as Muslims, many of them are from mixed marriages, some are declared atheists. I don't think they see themselves as Muslims.

Nope, they had tried in the past but were called 'anti-national' and the problem is deeper, it's a marginalisation problem at it's root - Police/Army or any other forces don't have Muslims, so the anti-Muslim bias can easily seep in situations where impartiality is required, the long term focus should be on eradicating this marginalisation.

Indian Muslims deserve a free state of their own, boycott Bharti and establish your own state within state and increase your population so that when time comes you can achieve freedom. Do you see the big problems with your plan.

First by boycott of Bharti I assume you mean Hindus. If Muslims economically boycott Hindus nothing much will happen. For every Muslim shop there will be 8-10 Hindu shops.

But if Hindus start economically boycotting Muslims they will definitely face a lot of problems. It is simple law of numbers.

Next you say about increasing the population of Muslims in a given area. This is a common dream of many Pakistanis that all Muslims of India concentrate together in one area and then that area can secede from India. This is not practically possible.

You have to think about the logistics of moving such a large population. How will you get Karnataka Muslims, Bihari Muslims, UP Muslims, Kerala Muslims, etc to come together to one place? They are the poorest members of the society. They will all give up whatever little livelihood they have and move 100s or even 1000s of KM to setup their lives once again?

Secondly If 250 million Muslims start flooding one state or region they will have to displace the Hindus who already live in the region. Do you seriously think that the Indian government - whether BJP or Congress will let this happen. Do you think that RSS will sit quietly when it is happening

Thirdly let's assume that by some miracle they all come in one place. Where will they get the weapons or training to take on the Indian Army because obviously India will not just voluntarily give up the land for a second partition

And if a war does break out with Pakistani support wouldn't it be easier for India to concentrate all their power to just one small area. And if push comes to shove and there is a danger of that part breaking away wouldn't India just nuke the area?
