To legitimise Pakistan's build up, Pakistan has to give a reason,,

India's build up is that reason, because neither the yanks or the europeans or anyone can say anything to Pakistan about why we are expanding our nuclear arsenal or aquiring weapons or looking for weapons


The americans being concerned about Pakistan's nuclear expansion may even be willing to sell, give or ignore Pakistani puchases or expansion to allay Pakistani fear's



It is indeed true that India has had the money to waste, spend and build up its forces especially after the last 10 years but Pakistan has always maintained an effective deterrant

We are 4 times smaller in land mass 6-7 times smaller in population yet being so much smaller india has been unable to defeat Pakistan, even after the Parliament attack and Mumbai india did the big gorilla act only to back away when it saw Pakistan wasent flinching

On other hand although its not an epidemic in Pakistan, but Pakistan government invested 8 billion PKR, yet HIV positive cases are increasing.
Population growth is 1.3% in India, 1.7% in Pakistan from 1990 to 2010 population of Pakistan growned by 55%.
