It was only after evidence given by India that Pak unwillingly started trial of 26/11 suspects. It was only on the basis of Indian evidence that USA put a bounty on Hafiz Saeed. Man, you should start reading some good news sites, it will help you.

Pakistan was unwilling to act? Did you even started reading ABC about the prosecution and process which took place in Pakistan and the reason why is it on halt? India didn't cooperate and refused for Joint Investigation offered by Pakistan? Why on earth? Why weren't Pakistani Officials allowed to investigate and record witnesses in India? Who from Indian side was offered to facilitate the judicial inquiry? What was India trying to hide huh?

And Hafiz Saeed, the sole responsible in the Mumbai Attacks was prosecuted how many times? TWICE, once in Lahore High Court and then in Supreme Court and both courts demanded evidence but all evidence included Toothpaste, Pak Washing Power (which is made in Iran) and Russian made guns declared as "made in Pakistan". Wao.. look at the level of proof and look at the level of expectations and a darn uncomprehending rigidness on part of India to not let Pakistani investigation authorities fill the needful gaps. You know what, India never wanted to prosecute the criminals but it would want the issue to linger on because it sells you guys hatred and earns votes for that. Pakistanis do not have stakes in terrorists and we would want to see terrorists, wherever they are prosecuted but you need to find the fault and where it lie and for Mumbai Carnage, you will find it lining with your own country first. Pakistan wasn't even allowed to approach the only captured terrorist Qassab. I wonder what justification you have for not helping Pakistan in prosecution.
