Equal rights are given to all of them, but the level of respect is different.
let us not complicate by saying "my sister versus someone else's sister".
equal rights means respect for everyone based on their conduct... when my brother does wrong, he simply is wrong... and when i say "conduct", i don't connect it with culture-dependent assumption of "conduct" but with what is common among all humans.
