Did you know that in the USSR murders were considered as a capitalist crime ? That is because in most cases in most parts of the world murders happen because of socio-economic reasons.

As @AViet said in post# 15 India needs a cultural revolution and that can only come through a political change and that political change will obviously be through progressive / communist / socialist revolution.

For 67 years India had a centrist ideology ( Congress party ) and things didn't change. For seven years India has had right-wing ideology ( BJP ) and things haven't changed. Why not try left-wing ( Communism ) ?

These nanometer-peters should be kept in police records alongside their proud owners because there are chances they would have tried 'comforting' females in the past and will do so in future as well. And everytime they do it, they should be named and shamed in both print and electronic media. Of course, such database should be updated regularly. This is the only way to handle such unsolicited consolation.
