Its because of reduction in Oil purchase by GoI and the increasing cost of Petrol and Diesel in India has made people buy less oil. Instead the government is encouraging walking and cycling to save fuel and stay fit under Fit India week.

Actually our oil imports are gonna increase now as people are becoming vary of public transport and online cab services due to this pandemic. See the auto sales numbers surging post the lockdown.

Credit swiss report says an average Pakistani has more wealth than an average Indian. Your GDP per capita only overtook PK in 2008 that too the difference isnt that much considering income inequality is much more in your country. South Asia's poorest region is not Afghanistan but Bihar.

What are you going to do with 10 trillion when on average you are still poorer than many african nations? You have 1.2 billion people. For a country that huge 2.5 trillion economy is a shame.

In the reporting week, the increase in reserves was on account of a rise in foreign currency assets (FCA), a major component of the overall reserves. FCA rose by $3.932 billion to $537.386 billion, the Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) weekly data showed.

4 times better means 80 billion. India’s is 580 Billion as of today. And all oild importing countries are benefiting from Pakistan, India to Bangladesh. But oild exporting countries are hard hit with pandemic as their forex is dwindling.
