Indian films still rule in Pakistan!

It is because we don't have much movies to show every day. So screening indian films is the only option for cinema.

its really simple.....Pakistani youth (lower, middle class) have little contact with opposite gender until marriage. Ours is a conservative society, we cant escape that.

watching those movies of half naked girls dancing and singing in a language that we can more or less understand (despite some major dialectual oddities) gives Pakistanis a reason to watch them

me personally - i have amazed people old & young by my ignorance of anything related to bollywood...the only star i could name is Shah Rukh Khan, and thats only b/c he's originally Pakistani (parents i think from Peshawar)

but then again - i hate all south asian entertainment.....i'll prefer hollywood anyday over the crap that comes out of this neighbourhood (except Waar, Khuda k Liye or a few old classic films which existed before most of you were born)
