Sir, ICBM will make Pakistan threat to US Mainland. In US many people are advocating that Pakistani nuclear weapons can fall into hands of extremists and ICBM capability will just increase their paranoia even if Pakistan's nuclear asset are very well guarded. You know the west. Why do you want to take chances by inviting sanctions which can directly affect your country and may increase discontent among people as economic recession creates social disorder.

The only reason they lifted it was because of India and Russia (Soviet Union) were/are close friends. US was pitting Pakistan against India and was trying to keep Soviets out of Afghanistan. It was for US interest , now that they have no interest they can do what they want.

We shall see, no one can stop us. We already have nuclear weapons. Once we have the capability to launch a satellite in space, that give us ICBM capability.

Okay, even after all the nuclear weapons US is still using drones against Pakistan. Even after having capable airforce, the government doesn't have the spine to use them. Even if Pakistan gets the ICBM, it would mean nothing. The US is decades ahead of other nations if matters of technology, they can easily intercept ICBM with their BMDs in Europe and their Naval fleet in Asia and around the world carry missile defense systems that can neutralize any threat before it reaches the main land.

The US doesn't give two $hit about the rest of the world it only does what it thinks will be best for its interest.

That's the difference, between people on the thread and the government. Why would China give one of world tightly kept secrets to other countries. In this world friendship is all fine and dandy, but at the end of the day everything boils down to self interest. China or of that matter any other country won't do anything that would in the future might end up coming back to hurt them.
