Ask GoI because at first, he was not even KJ but a Patel and businessman in Iran. His passport wasn't fake but in-fact, he had only one with the name of Patel but later, there was another by name of KJ. So you aren't confuse alone even the whole GoI is confused and been jumping around from one claim to another therefore, totally failed to prove him otherwise in ICJ except for consular access.

This is just an international obligation which we fulfilled as part of the ICJ verdict. So I don't see any problem in following the verdict.

The real question you should be asking is why NS agreed to go to ICJ and accept its role in KBY's case while it was not obligatory for Pakistan at that time and we could stay away from it.

Furthermore, it won't change an iota. It is just a meeting and I know the kind of safeguards Pakistan employs are more than sufficient to nullify any instruments of sabotage.

ICJ's decision does not overrule the safeguards taken by Pakistan nor does it go into any details or specifics on how the meeting should be conducted. What part of this you're unable to understand? He won't be allowed to get into any physical contact as was the case when his wife and mother came..have you forgotten it sir? we asked them to remove their shoes and Gangadesh could only moan and groan. We can take even stricter security measures with a diplomat.

Now he is a living dead. Though still it is very important to hang him for the justice to the victims of his terrorism and also to send a clear message to Gangudesh. However, no problem if it has been delayed by a year or two..just milk it.

It will again be in international media. That's right.. actually, when gangus rejected last time, I had doubts that they will agree to any of our condition this time.. but seems aggressive diplomacy has forced them to accept some of our demands..

Even if they are alone (separated by a glass door), and no one from our side is in the room, but the whole session is recorded, we will now know if the diplomat is asking about what has he revealed and what's remaining to be revealed.

I am not concerned now.. Initially it was not clear at all whether we have given them absolutely free access without camera recording (even if we are doing hidden camera recording).. because hidden camera recordings can't be presented in a court.. Now since it is an agreed hidden camera recording, we can present its recording if Gangus cry foul later.
