How would India funds the terrorists in Balochistan then? they have to pay them out. Indian currency can be converted in to Pakistani rupees easily in pakistan. But here lies the problem, Indian currency wasn't being carried by an Indian but rather suspected afghani/pakistani terrorist coming from afghanistan.

India is funding in PKR definitely in Pakistan, not INR.

The Indian notes shown in pics are just nautanki ISI is doing because they cant actually catch the PKR funding RAW is doing, so its just something for the media to do nautanki with.
