Indus originates on the Indo Tibet border. It just happens to flow through Pakistan later on. Nothing to do with Pakistan.

There is no such Arabic word as Pakistan, it’s Al-Bakistan in Arabic. Arabic language does not have any letter for sound 'P'. Closest equivalent letter would be 'B’.
