India already homes most poor in the world.
This means, the Indian people themselves dont have anyjob and earning so how can these poor Bangladeshis find one?

There are thousands of Bangalis living and working in Karachi since before 1971. When many of them retire they ask their younger nephew or some relatives to come to Karachi. Since a new person cannot enter Karachi through a legal means, they go via India. But, Indians get a jittery at the news of a Bangladeshi inside their very poor country, where Indian themselves live a miserable life.

In case of Assam it is a different story. Muslims have been living there since a failed invasion of that territory in 1205 AD by Muhammad Bakhtiar Khiliji. Many families are split into two, one living in BD and the other in Assam. They are not illegal in India. Rather, they belong to both the countries. They should be offered duel Passports.

Otherwise, these Muslims may organize themselves and will vent their anger by demanding a separation from India. I think, this is already happening. Indians' claim that they are illegal Bangladeshis is out of touch with the historical background, and their political parties take this muslim population in Assam to instigate the Hindus against them.

You needn't go that far.

Just ask the hospitable lady to allow in all those Bihari Muslims who were abandoned in Bangladesh after independence. Don't forget to mention

1. These were people who opted for Pakistan, and found that the eastern part of Pakistan was the closest as well as safest, due to the lesser occurrence of rioting in the east, so travelled there rather than to the west;
2. They remained loyal to Pakistan throughout, Urdu-speakers in an ocean of Bengali;
3. They actively supported the Pakistan Army, and were the backbone of the Razakar, also of the overlapping Al-Badr and Al-Shams;
4. After independence, they refused Bangladeshi citizenship, and remained in camps, demanding repatriation to Pakistan;
5. They are still sitting abandoned in Bangladesh.

Rather than shed crococile tears, what those genuinely interested in setting right wrongs can do is to petition their government, the government of Pakistan, to repatriate these abandoned people.

IT is a sector that is fully developed in India and no one denies the fact that India is developing fast in many other sectors as well. However, it still remains a poor country whose large percentage of people live a very miserable life. Bangladesh remains behind India in terms of technology. Even basic technologies are absent here. Think of the diesel locomotives that BD is importing from India. There are many such items that a country should be able to produce. But, BD cannot.

However, after saying all those things above, I must also say that the living conditon of common people in BD is better than the similar group of people in India. Our dirt-poors live a better life. No one dies of hunger or commits suicide because of the inability to make payment of loan installments. Small loans are available to any poor, who has an idea what he will do with his loan.

However, BD7s economic reality is not reflected properly because of its weak currency, which is kept low artificially by the govt in order to sell cheap internationally, and our position as an LDC country. By all the data available, BD is not a dirt-poor country. But, govt wants the country's status withinn LDC because it helps to get many facilities from international loan organizations and countries.

Indians go directly to the dollar-based data of BD, which is the rersult of a weak currency, and start thinking that BD population's living condition is worse even than Indians. This is just not true.

Oh please people. India is poor. We cannot feed our poor. We worship cows and dont eat them. We are and do not have enough toilets for people to use. We are about to be overrun my maoists and the country is burning. The tamils want independence and the southern states are burning up in civil war. Our BSF guards are ruthless untrained corrupt demons who kill for no reason. Our army has a muslim minority, sikh majority and hence the muslims in india are victims of genocide. The list goes on.

so Bangladeshi posters here who have all this negative attitude towards Hindu majority India, please tell your people to stop crossing our borders dangerously. And their Pakistani sympathisers, please help them by drilling the message into the heads of your former territory which India helped gain independence from you with military means Thank you

Your's is a black or white statement. There must be something in between black and white. I find BSF acts quite inhumane, cowardice and cruel. Any gunbearer must act prudently because every human life is costly and not to be wasted. Do not send hate posts because of 1971. It is unworthy of you.
