The issue isn’t just the snipers but the simple fact that Pakistan’s troops are less shell shocked in current fire situations as they have already gone through that experience in the west.

The only way the Indians try to score kills is by sneaky or backhanded immoral and barbaric strikes against innocent civillians.
If there was a situation where Pakistan had the same freedom with collateral damage, they would be killing a lot more Indians.

This is different to the 90s where India was fighting a full fledged insurgency in Kashmir and its troops were more hardened as well(those troops came in handu during Kargil)
