Indian Brahmos missle crashes in Mian Channo

Bro it took India more than 48 hours to admit that it was a misfire? When you commit a mistake you know you have committed a mistake you don't wait for your neighbor to tell you this, where are the evidences which proofs it was unintentional misfire? Has GOI issued any evidence? Even Indian themself are claiming that it was absolutely intentional fire. But wait a second we need to convince Indian that it was unintentional fire during yogi election win. Majority of Indian don't buy this argument but you can do it for face saving. Literally this clueless couragless gainda bajwa has turned out to be a disatser for us

Bro they did exact same test in andoman Island.

Yaar these are the Indians they are incompetent, it would have pained them greatly to admit yet another blunder

Their are protocols in place in ensure escalation does not take place

A few points to consider, regardless of whether this was deliberate or not.
  • Non-random route - the route the missile took was not one of a missile out of control. If that was the case, it would have shown a haphazard, random change in direction. But that is not the case here it seems, and therefore the route it took was probably what it was programmed to take.
  • Revealing potential attack vectors for Brahmos strikes - during the tensions of Feb 2019, the Indians were threatening to launch Brahmos missile strikes. My guess would be this was perhaps one of those missiles that was part of the strike package, and the route it took was the programmed vector, distracting the PAF's tracking capabilities and changing direction to attack targets in Pakistan at the last minute. The fact that it had no warhead may mean that it was stood down from that strike package, but still had the attack vector programmed.
  • Inadvertently revealing tactics - whether deliberate or not, it has revealed what a potential Brahmos missile strike would be from a tactical point of view, and allows some form of counter-tactics to be developed.
  • The subcontinent battleground - this also demonstrates the unique battleground the subcontinent provides. Two neighbours with a long border and relatively advanced capabilities on both sides to look deep into each others' territory and airspace. This means that a surprise attack would be difficult to achieve for both parties. In addition, it also demonstrates the threats and vulnerabilities for both sides given the relatively short distances that can be covered by missiles and SOWs.
  • Difficulties in countering saturation strikes - given the relatively short distance between the border and major airbases and other facilities, it would be extremely difficult to develop countermeasures against saturation strikes of hypersonic missiles, as well as low level subsonic cruise missiles.

I really don't give a rats *** what 95% Indians believe. I don't bring myself to their level and neither should you. I believe what their decisions maker think and they have explained their intent. All we have to do now is to raise this up on every international forum and let others know how dangerous their incompetency is. We can maybe also highlight rouge element angle which helps us as well.

Man read some history .... even the most powerful militaries have done that including loosing actual nuclear weapons out of which couple of them are still unaccounted for. So yes incompetent military like the Indians are definitely capable of this.

We don't need to convince the Indian public. Let them stay on their high horse it only helps us, we are not here to compete whose di. c.k is bigger.

Firing a lone stick does not tell anything about our military readiness or deployments so this argument is quite futile and to be honest debunked by many including me here on this forum several times now.
You're beating at the shadows of the Hindutva....

@Corax

Reasonable points, in the abstract. Without converting this into a vulgar slanging match, I would like to respond to your points and make a few, clinically detached ones of my own.

Non-random route - the route the missile took was not one of a missile out of control. If that was the case, it would have shown a haphazard, random change in direction. But that is not the case here it seems, and therefore the route it took was probably what it was programmed to take.
Not logical. Why, from Sirsa, should it not have taken a direct flight path to the nearest high value target? @The Eagle has already identified those right at the beginning of the thread. By taking that dog-leg the flight path was increased some 30%.

And, induce the Hindutva/RSS/BJP etc. into the power replacing the Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge etc. educated top Brahmins, who are basically Aryans of origin and are darlings to the West/Russia/Arabs etc. And, they used to wreck havoc on Pak with sweet talks and poisonous minds, actions, conspiracies, back stabbing, proxy wars, black propaganda, heinous diplomacy etc....

I would prefer a billion Modis/Yogis/Shahs etc. over a single Gandhi....

Revealing potential attack vectors for Brahmos strikes - during the tensions of Feb 2019, the Indians were threatening to launch Brahmos missile strikes. This cannot be ruled out, but in the spirit that if not disproved, it must remain a possibility.

The problem with this thinking is that the Brahmos flies at 59 kms per minute, a km a second. What would have been the point of distracting tracking capabilities? This missile doesn't need to.

I have already suggested that the change of direction is not irrelevant, it is wasted effort.

It can be an accident ( keeping the history in view) or may be not.
But if you want a sangtra ruling the new delhi in the future then these are the small price you will have to pay. As long as chaddi group ruling India, these things will continue to happen.
