That blade seems to be seriously messing with the aerodynamics of the aircraft, hence those extra fins.

Offcourse much like An 225 which carries a space shuttle.

The Buran orbiter had a more complex aerodynamic footprint than a Blade.
The Brazilian Erieye which is based on the same aircraft has a lot less modifications.

maybe due to weight.... since it carries more equipment than the brazilian one.

New prithvi ABM system and the swordfish tracking radar

And now this AWACS indengious effort INDIA really is progressing nicely in early warning tracking and air defense intel

Yes, its all coming together rather nicely. The progress will be much faster now that we have a critical mass of skills, infrastructure and experienced people.

I just hope there is more involvement of the private sector in the non strategic areas at least.
