Indian Army requested to suppress Bangladesh violence

Is is authentic or un authentic not clear but question is why we will need Indian military help to quell political violence in sathkhira ?
Its true the level of violence occurred in that part were bloody but that can be control by our BGB and Army . they were not using heavy weapons that would need extra support from any other foreign army . only reason if the published paper is true is Awami govt have lost control over security forces or they don't believe our own security force at least in the lower level will agree of any targeted killing of political opponent or protester .

exactly.Indian Army's job isn't to stop violence.sometimes,Paramilitary forces are used.or else,its police's.if BD asked for RAF,its understandable.but "Mountain Divisions" which are overseeing Sikkim and Indo-China border for this job??come on..we've other battalions closer to the Indo-BD border.by the way,Barrackpore hosts 17 Mountain Division's Headquarter(most probably as I saw their insignia

Three documents deposited anonymously on the internet several days ago and only now receiving attention indicate that the Awami League government had sought Indian Army intervention to quell violence in Satkhira district in late 2013. The authenticity and veracity of the documents require verification and no claim is made about the authenticity or the accuracy of their contents. The person who originally obtained and published the documents presumably did so in the public and national interest.

Whether these docs are authentic or not, it should be pretty easy to verify in Bangladesh, just from the signatures. If the signatures and the letterhead match, then there is a good chance that these are authentic documents.

but in all this what is the bd army doing, how can an army of 250,000 active troops & plus personals with a combined strength of more then 350,000 plus add to that the air force & then there is the navy that's quiet a good amount of force to be honest, then why are they taking this kind of a pacifist approach, I mean militarily Bangladesh today is far more stronger then east Pakistan & the post 75 situation, plus there is China then there is Pakistan both of which are also much more stronger then what they used to back in the seventies, so if bd army seriously wants to make a move they can very well afford it, what is stopping them don't they realise that their silence in demoralising the nation ? what went wrong & why are they behaving this particular way when Sri Lanka can do it hen why can't bd ?

little correction :actually army itself 3,50,000 strong. I do not these documents though because it would come to media and now a days many ppl makes fake govt. documents. Beside it termed as classified document LOL

they are a nationalist force they are neither pro Pakistan nor pro India but they are only pro Bangladesh & hates anybody who interfere in their internal affairs, they are the ones that like previously they eliminated the rajakars & Pakistan army back in 71, just like that they eliminated the pro indian rakhi bahini in 75 & gave birth to the "Bangladesh Army" calling them jamatis is the biggest propaganda, yes they are anti India no doubt, but they are not jamatis , hack jamatis could not even stand in front of mujib after 71, the mukhti bahinis on the other hand killed the entire family of mujib baring his daughters who had to go to india in exile & disloged the BAL from power for more then 20 years ! just because they are anti India does not makes them jamatis

300,000 active troops of army, 50,000 reserve excluding other forces.

BGB about 70,000 strength, Air force about 15,000 and Navy about 24,000 strength. Beside we also have Ansar and VIP force: number unknown
