This is a precautionary step taken by Indian Army this is a likely warning nothing else, there are intelligence inputs that Pak Army is trying to breach a selected sector to push large number of terrorists and highly trained handlers to light the fires in kashmir valley, due to nature of winter it will become very difficult to adjust the valley security straight by military.
Its already been warned multiple times now but seems like Pakistan army is going ahead with it, most likely response from Indian Army will be to straighten up the loc wherever IA has disadvantages.
Bad move by PA it might turn into conflict even bigger than kargil. 1000s will die including civilians this time. Pak Army should be more responsible.
