Indian Army officers sell weapons

Is this an effort by indian establishment to distence themselves from these indian aramy officers??? Because Paklistan already given proof and recently stated they have more proof of indian involvement in terrrorism inside Afghanistan and Pakistan. Regardless, indian involvement and state sponsorsip of terrrorism is beyond evidence and proof. Just like indian state sponsorship of LTTE terror was all known and recognised.

as far as pakistan proof is concerened
1)pakistan blames the raw-not the indian army....
2)raw is not under the army as is the case with isi of pakistan......so you cant blame the army for raw 's actions.....
3)pakistan has always only claimed to have "proof"-both their military and the politicians have claimed that-but the politicians have come up with nothing but the army came up with "indian weapons" that india does not use or produce ......an attempt only to fool the public where it succeeded (am talking about one of the threads in the forum started sometime back-where 82mm motar shells that lay beside the chinese weapons in the picture but chinese were not blamed....i wonder why) .
