PDF should keep a list of banned IPs to prevent banned users from registering again or creating second accounts. The Indian posters here are actually quite a few times smaller than the number of Indian accounts because many of them, such as Mighty Lion/Silent Poison have 3+ accounts. Only this way will incessant Indian trolling and fake news be diminished.
