We accept Existence of Pakistan deep into our heart but you should not worry about Kashmir. You should remember that your country gifted part of Kashmir to China. We know very well what you guys did to Azad Kashmir. You need not go very back to check who treat Kashmiris how? Just check the flood relief efforts of India and Pakistan just few days back. IOK is very well integrated with India. They participates very well in election and other democratic exercises. SO better you worry about Azad Kashmir, Baluchistan, Sindh etc. Where ISI has created a Havoc by extra judicious killing.

You have to be joking! Who are these Indians I keep coming across who tell me what a crime it was to divide the subcontinent like that? Some of them on these boards! And why do Indian Muslims keep complaining about how they are always accused of voting for the creation of Pakistan?

Indians seek for other ways to control the territories of Pakistan; obviously, it now benefits them to have Pakistan as a buffer zone against the Central Asian and Middle Eastern countries, and having an extra influx of Muslims into India won't sit well with the Hindu fanatics.

But that doesn't mean Indian elites are ready to let Pakistan develop as it will. They will keep interfering in the country as it suits them. They helped break the country in two in 1971, and are apparently happy to assist with the same process in what remains of it; this would be sweet revenge against Jinnah for his refusal to compromise, if it could work (it won't, God willing).

There is a very small group like Aman kee asha which thinks 2 countries should not have been divided. But vast majority in Bangladesh India Pakistan are happy with separate countries. India does not want an inch of land that is not currently under its control. And when we do not want anything and also fencing well within our land then we have very limited reason to attack Pakistan.
It is people like musharraf who say that incite violence in Kashmir. Infiltrate Kashmir etc.

3. Buffer zone - True. Pakistan serves our long term interests. And influx of 'Muslims' won't sit well with anyone, even Indian Muslims in India.
