I think Polio is just one disease, we need to work hard on other epidemic diseases and try to eradicate them also.

Hahah just take care of your buddy. Here in north america the major reason of Hiv is gay sex. Men are 80% of the hiv population. India doesn't have a lot of gay culture. Moreover, we Indians tend to like clean girls and boys coming from good families unlike people here. Indian prevelence rate could soon go as low as 0.1%. Also wear condoms for ultimate protection.

I don't believe it... India has gays but most of them don't come out in the open bcs of our conservative society.

The biggest danger we face now is how to ensure kids coming from across the borders (train/bus/air) are vaccinated. While people may not do it on the other side, we should insist that if you want to enter India with children they be mandatorily vaccinated in India on entry. That will save lots of money and effort later. Can be implemented at all transit points.

You forgot to mention the fields where india is a "legs up" looser, such as rapes against women, female abortions (which are 10 times more than total abortions in the whole world), corruption, poverty, highest number of people with no access to clean water, highest number of people with no access to toilets, highest number of people with income less than a dollar, highest number of child molestations, highest number of homeless people, and last but not the least, highest number of delusioinal sick miinds.

Women in Pakistan are safer because they hardly move out of the confines of their homes.
A women raped in India doesn't has to flee to Canada they way it happens in Pakistan.
Sexual exploitation of their women in Pakistan as made Hindus to flee Pakistan.

In areas like corruption, poverty Pakistan is way ahead just because they are no reliable statics it doesn't mean you are fairing any better. And owing to the prevailing condition's I don't think any international agency would even want to visit Pakistan to investigate these issues.
