Yes a big step for Indians to dream about getting access to what you like to call FC-1 3rd Generation fighter....after all it's advanced technology compared to those that come with a free trailer.
BTW, the IAF pilots should first concentrate to master their own aircraft before thinking about others.
I mean over 50 years of MiG -21 operation has only given a bad name to the classic Russian fighter.

PAF would also station its pilots on airbase where Tejas has been exported to and stationed at.

If Indian maintenance team is stationed as in same base as FC-1 Xiaolong ,then it bodes well for us ,the HJT kiran is old but still in very good condition ,it is a part of helping Myanmar which faces hostile intents from the west and elsewhere ,we also recently gave them 5 million dollars for road construction also in grants not loan or line of credit,it is part of keep India in good book's of Myanmar.

Chinese Third Gen is Western 4th Gen.

PAF would also station its pilots on airbase where Tejas has been exported to and stationed at.
