BEIJING, Aug. 29 (Xinhua) -- Chinese border troops are continuing their patrolling and defending the Dong Lang (Doklam) area, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said Tuesday.

"We will make an overall assessment of the weather conditions and all related factors, and according to the actual circumstances complete construction plans for the Dong Lang (Doklam) area," spokesperson Hua Chunying told a daily news briefing.

On June 18, over 270 armed Indian troops with two bulldozers crossed the boundary into Dong Lang (Doklam), Chinese sovereign territory, to obstruct infrastructure construction.

China Monday confirmed that India had withdrawn personnel and equipment from Dong Lang (Doklam) after a military stand-off lasting more than two months.

Dong Lang (Doklam), which borders India's Sikkim state to the west and the Kingdom of Bhutan to the south, is part of Chinese territory and has been under Chinese rule for a very long time.

Hua said for a long period of time, China has constructed infrastructure facilities including roads to meet the needs of soldiers and civilians, and improve their living conditions.

1) China did not withdraw
2) China will continue construction.

Disputed territories are patrolled by BOTH India and China :cheesy:

What exactly are you boasting about ?

What make you think the Bhutanese will accept Indian soveriegnty.

Are you again missing my point?? I did not say Bhutan will voluntarily join India.

Last election in Nagaland in 2017, the voting percentage was 78.55 % :P
.

I am not talking about the 2017 election. These elections mean nothing as to if Nagas want to be part of India.

I am talking about the 1948 referendum in Nagaland on whether Nagas want an indep country or join India. Over 98% voted for independence. Within weeks of this referendum, Indian army entered Nagaland and occupies it forcefully.

Those elections mean everything since they 78.55% of Naga's have chosen their elected representatives who take their oath pledging their allegiance to the Constitutions of India.

Same as the PM of India.

Nagaland was part of India from 1881. They never had a legal option to split away from India.

The "referendum" you speak of was a bogus one claimed by NCC in which they claimed 99% support.

This is similar to President Musharaff's "election" in which he got 98 % of all votes in pakistan and made him a global joke. Same election victory was also claimed by Sadam Hussain in which he claimed he got 97% of all votes in Iraq.

India patrolled? The only time you crossed that border, we threatened you, and you just ran back like cow wards.:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

That's actually a nice paper dragon ... I don't think the Indians would ever have the technical decency:rofl: to construct one ... it was probably also made by a Chiense LOL

Nah, too different by race and culture. Tibet and east turkestan can stay as Brothers like lil Bangladesh :D
India can't even defeat Bangladesh in a prolonged war, how can it expect to conquer it? Come on now ... let's be realistic here. We couldn't even defeat the rag tag Taliban after 17 years of fighting and you guys think you can defeat a country the size of Bangladesh?

.
Erm, you just ran and we are supposed to be the paper dragon?:rofl::rofl:

SO did you china man.

It was a mutual withdrawal. Only your govt. did not bother to tell you.

If we wanted to withdraw unilaterally, we would have done it 2 months back.

Buddha is with us :D

dont waste your time on sub human savages who always adopted our culture and religion. only thing they can do is make tall statues of one of us great kshatriya and Bow down and pray to him, beside stealing our ancient holi books.

Just like their uncivilized savage Ancestors. @Vishwabalas

Same race as NE India, and culturally we are one. Mahayana Buddhism was born in India.

Annexing Tibet is a far better proposition than $hitty BD :D
