Indians can go to Bhutan and Nepal WITHOUT a Passport or a Visa.

All you need is an AADHAR Card or any other Indian identification card.

Their citizens can walk into India without any passport or visa. For all practical matters we are one entity.

China recognized Bhutan borders only after they signed "Bhutan-China Agreement on Peace and Tranquility on Borders agreement" in 1998
