As you may know about 70-73% of Pakistan agriculture depends on man made irrigation system the largest in the world, and less on monsoon rains, for India the man made irrigation system is for 30-35% and India depends more on monsoon rains.

You are yet to start what we have already accomplished decades back. If i am not wrong Pakistan too depends on the Indian South West Monsoon for summer rains, and monsoon hits Pakistan once it crosses the breadth of India. That's the reason most of Pakistan receives lower rainfall than India, rain bearing winds cross India first before precipitating their contents in Pakistan.

Partially correct, because the arable area in Pakistan is limited to the Indus basin and is much lower than India.

This is just the start of overpopulation of India and with about a billion hindus, they need to take responsibility and stop having so many kids.
