$2 billion is not enough for 20 million Afghanistanis.
No such package can "bailout' 200 million Pakistanis. Not in million years even if the news was true.
Pakistan will be "bailed out' when we the Pakistanis get our $hit together, and become peaceful and hardworking global citizens.
Until then, our qismat is only death, destruction, and abject poverty.

yes Indian states like UP,Bengal could make use of the $2billion, I don't agree that $2 billion is small amount for Pakistan, even for India it's a big amount to just give away to a country which is hostile to us.yeap.

No large country has gotten out of economic mess by getting money from Turkey, Bruei, or Malaysia.
the only way forward for us to work hard like chinese, South Koreans etc.
And, Pakistan has just started giving the Freedom bailout package to India...

No one will give you money if you don't have the intention to improve political situation in Pakistan. And to get an offer from India is something like a poor beggar is trying to save someone from ransom!
Nah, we only consider India as the only enemy of Pakistan, but only as long as Muslim Kashmir is occupied by Indian military. Pakistan is only helping Muslim Kashmiris put India out of it's misery, you should be grateful to us.
