What's new

India wants to build armament factories in Vietnam

This will help Vietnam to aquire many weapon systems without any information leaking outside.

Stronger Vietnam is in the best interest of India

We can expect many new deals from trucks to ammunition for their forces..

Of crouse it will strengthen our relationship in the region. Many countries in Asia will go for new deals ... Best sale could be short ranged missiles and rockets as we already supplying militarily grade vehicles

China will arm Pakistan either way. Then so no issues there We but we are now equipping china's enemies in the region.. Now that's new developments for the region. Many countries are in support of India in the region against China. The once we arm Vietnam more countries will have to arm themselves too.

LOL who knows what's cooking in hush hush ... I

Vietnam and India has very good relationships.. The main point we are making is that we are ready to involve in internal conflict of our interest with China and its neighbours. And that's the new norm
Oh, welcome.

Now I say China is doing it.

Philippines is China's new weapon customer.
Malaysia imported Chinese warship.
Thailand imports Chinese submarines and VT-4 tanks.
Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar... Chinese traditional weapons customers.
Pakistan is a brother of China.
Most of the weapons in Bangladesh are from China.
China's weapons are exported to Sri Lanka on a large scale.

India friends, what do you want to do? What can you do?

@4GTejasBVR @dsr478 @Sully3 @Viet @Viva_Viet

.
What can India make?

I'll tell you what they can't make, toilets or decent soldiers. That's why they still dump on the street, and were dominated by us Muslims for a thousand years.

Even in pre-Islamic times, we've been tougher and more advanced. Kanishka was a king from Peshawar who conquered large portions of Hindustan, Porus was from Jhelum and was the very reason the Greeks ceased any further campaigns of expansion, IVC had better sewage systems than what Hindustan has today, etc.

Even our arms industry is better than theirs, we supply numerous countries with ammunition, our tanks and aircraft are operated by several different countries, we have tactical nukes (as well as more nukes in general), etc.

Congratulations to Pakistan. Even your allies are more than India (USA, Russia, China, etc).

Assumption: India has the ability to establish an ordnance factory in Vietnam. Then Thailand, Laos, Cambodia may import more Chinese weapons. This is then the arms race in Southeast Asia...

Good job, India!:enjoy: .

Producing weapons is like producing shoes. Not much different. Vietnam and India can combine the strength of East and West.

Vietnam represents the East with manufacturing power while India the West with Hightech and smart people.

.
Our missile technology is one of the best in the world and missiles are best deterrence especially ones like BrahMos. Su-30 +BrahMos +Akash will be a good combo for Vietnam forces.

.
Look at the simple minded Chinese posters here jumping up and down. You would almost think it is Dokhlam 2 - LOL.

Smart move by Vietnam but China is not really a threat - more of an irritant.

Oh no, India is very interesting now. It seems that India has been able to make weapons...... I like your performance.

Vietnam? I don't know. India, please learn to make rifles and cannons first. Defense industry is different from shoes, if your artillery technology fails. It was suicide.

BTW, what do you expect a 400 million illiterate country to make?

Whatever that means.
It means that India is not more advanced than Vietnam. But India's propaganda is almost successful. Although India can't even make rifles.

I am sure that is that is what is fed to the simple Chinese people by their Communist propaganda machine and they lap it up like they buy most of the drivel spewed by the country's leadership. In the democratic, civilized world China is generally thought of as nothing more than a laughing stock.

Well, it's all CCP's propaganda. So tell me can India make weapons? Do the India army buy it? It exports to any country?

Of course, considering that India is a backward agricultural country, you have the right to imagine. But I remind you. Even Turkey and NK can make missiles. Although it is Chinese technology. But it's still more advanced than India. This is why India is a backward country and is ridiculed by the whole world.

Lol. That might be the narrative fed in the communist world. In the civilized and democratic world - whether it is missions to Mars or satellite launches - India is considered fairly advanced. I can see why Communist propaganda can be used to keep the simple Chinese people in the dark though. Lol, has the CCP censored news about Neil Armstrong walking on the moon? Do they plan on releasing it next year - on the 50th anniversary?

I have a question. When did you start producing "B??? missile"? So you dare say that India missile technology is the best in the world?

Oh no, I know India is a superpower 2012, but it doesn't mean that India can be make rifle and cannons. Oh, when can India land on the moon? Oh, I'm sorry, it's beyond the scope of India's ability. After all, launching a satellite is your only technology. So, where is India more advanced than Vietnam? Why do you think India can help Vietnam?

A backward agricultural country like India seems to try to prove it in our civilized world. First solve 400 million illiterates. Thank you.

.
India's Forte: All talk and no actions.

Remember some months ago about the brahmos missile that Vietnam was suppose to be buying? Nothing came out of that either.

.
It would be good if it was actually feasible, but it's not.

Hindustan's defence industry is (as you said) weak, and China can just respond by arming Pakistan even further.

At this point, it's almost like Hindustan is begging China to give us J-31's.

Huge difference when you consider Vietnam is actually capable of affording advanced weapons.
