In india also we have massive corruption, may be more than during congress era ruling for many decades.For your information 1/3rd of china is like no mans land, where india is equally occupied in almost every part on land mass.By the way China is not your country and why you proud about them as if you are talking your country ! as for 70,000 or 73000 soldiers, well its myth which have busted many time, 70000 soldiers were not deployed in east Pakistan, anyways even if their was 150000 captured no one care as they were attacked during civil war with force outnumbering them 1:15, according to manekshaw they fought valiantly with little they have..
