Exactly. I do not believe that Indian army has that guts to fire So much of shells. By working under the regime like Congress for a long time, They have lost their aggressive nature.

I am not sure. Proxy wars are still going on in Middle east, Crimea and Afghanistan and even in South America(though related to drugs). Its going to take years though. However if Pakistanis dont solve their radicalisation problem, well, India will be blamed forever for the proxy war. Hope you get ma point.

I was referring to Pakistan only. The radicalization problem in Pakistan is going to get a lot worse before any hope of it getting better emerges.
