Didn't our forces reply on 27 Feb after a political permission. Some slips here and there can be let go after registering protest at diplomatic level but if someone drops bombs or shoots down an unarmed aircraft within our territory, needs to be responded at the spot else within days. In my opinion for second case political permission is required.

Though meeting you referred is rumored but it translation on ground situation will determine its authenticity. Agencies all over the world remain in direct or indirect contact else you can expect any catastrophe any time. Despite no good results of direct engagements, track 2 and backdoor diplomacies, as an optimist, i expect some positive results for Kashmiris in every new engagement.
