There are plenty of business houses in Bangladesh who are capable of going into operating hospitals as a business venture. Some (like Square) already have for the upper echelon. It is only a question of time before non-charitable medical care in the middle and lower echelons are also privatized.

What I meant is, Pakistanis visit India. If it's just one person, he's a Pakistani. There are thousands of them. I'm not interested in debating more on an irrelevant issue.
