India Trying to Scare US, RE: Pakistan's Nukes

Can't a Pakistani operative sneak a backpack nuke into India during conflicts? I'm sure there are spots on India's border that are not secure. Eliminates the need for aircraft since there is no Indian early warning and would cripple India before they are able to respond as well.

A couple of more years of modi in power and we will dump our nukes into the sea.

A single fission weapon that is also man-portable would instantly be traced back to the source, and would have a 0% chance of decapitating an adversarie's command and control.

This would result in a massive "second strike" that has the same intensity as an uncontested first strike

Yes this kind of 'pestering' could be annoying to hear about in the media but I doubt that it has any bearing on relations between US and Pakistan. from what I know Pakistan has successfully navigated away from the suggestion that Pakistani nukes are insecure (could fall into rogue hands) or not handled professionally. Plus even though the lawmakers have been persuaded against Pakistan's interests by a certain lobby, the US military officials (at least in private) fully recognize and sympathize with Pakistan's security concerns-its a complex situation considering the level of cooperation these two countries have had historically. @OCguy

This appears to be India trying to paint Pakistan's nuclear weapons as insecure. The US would not fall for this, however. Dangerous escalation in the fake-news wars, though.

Edit: To clarify, I am not posting this as factual. I am posting this to discuss the misinformation campaign escalating into a dangerous new territory.

What India might not know is that Pakistan is one of only two non-NATO countries the US has authorized to carry nuclear weapons on the F-16 platform.
