India to start receiving third S-400 air defence missile squadron from Jan-Feb next year from Russia

Europe is remilitarising, Germany and Japan too. Japan even has US bases still they want a strong defensive force!

They have the same reason, as India. But nobody is stopping India from increasing it's defence spending, as much as it likes. I am not objecting to it; but merely stating the cause.

.
It is time to stand behind Ukraine if Russia fails to come clear... Pakistan is forcefully being pushed towards NATO's orbit each day.. All tho Russia is sending garbage weaponry still Pakistan doesn't approve.

Perhaps sooner then later we will be embracing our NATO brethens in hugs and kisses alliance

India has been upgrading & transforming air force base in the past few years. Now it is just taking advantage & make it a station for Rafale jets. This air base is not far from the 🇮🇳🇨🇳 border 90km, it can launch surprise attack on PLA at any time

My opinion: I think by looking at the internal turmoil of Pakistan, IAF can use its entire inventory of Rafales against PLA/PLAAF. And then we have got the Su30 mkis armed with Brahmos, Rampage and Astra hitting their targets with pin point accuracy

It is obvious that India is preparing for the war, so we have reason to suspect that India is likely to initiate a conflict.

Rafale can compete with J20? And Chinese has lots of early warning assets from radars to satellites. I don't believe indian military can surprise attack Chinese military.

Pakistan and Pakistan military is two different things.

Everything you mentioned China also have their own version!

Can india compete with chinese military industrial complex?

Rafale can compete with J20?
Have you wondered why China’s J-20 4.5-gen fighter always flies with Luneburg lens
-1st of course to conceal its true signature
-But more importantly to save itself from humiliation
-J-20’s radar cross section (RCS) is 1-3 m2 putting it along with 4-gen fighter

One of the important aspects of 5th generation is stealth and heat signature ...a large part of this jets exhaust is exposed outside the body ..how can they even claim it's a stealth aircraft 🤦

And Chinese has lots of early warning assets from radars to satellites. I don't believe indian military can surprise attack Chinese military

IAF vs PLAAF: The PLAAF can at best employ about 130-160 aircrafts due to the severe limitations of air bases in this theatre. Out of the 7 airfields it has, none except Lhasa is able to house a full squadron. Tibet has 4 air bases, out of which only Ngari is close to Ladakh. The other 3 – Shigatse, Lhasa and Nyingchi are 1500 to 2500 kms away. All the 4 Tibet bases are at a high altitude of more than 4000 meters, effectively reducing their weapon load and range by half, and making them visible to an enemy with a high performance AEWCS platform. Xinjiang air bases are at a medium altitude of 1300-1600 meters, but are farther than the Ngari air base, between 300 to 700 kms from the Pangong area. The J-20 has no support infrastructure in Tibet or Xinjiang, and will have to operate out of Chengdu, which is 4000 kms away from Ladakh, and will need multiple refuelling. That will make it vulnerable to India’s NETRA AEWCS. So the J-20, with its suspect stealth capabilities is a sitting duck for a Su-30MKI, that has been upgraded specifically for this theatre. J-20 with its exposed side and rear RCS is not quite an F-22, or F-35.General consensus in the aviation community is that it is not a 5-G aircraft at all. It is not even as advanced as the Rafale, which describes its capabilities rather conservatively.
Let us look at the numbers that India can throw up. The following air bases have the entire Ladakh and adjoining Tibet theatre in range – Leh (high altitude), Srinagar, Awantipora (Medium altitude), Jammu, Pathankot, Adampur (Jullundur), Amritsar, Halwara (Ludhiana), Bhatinda, Suratgarh, Ambala, Chandigarh, Sarsawa (Saharanpur), Hindon (Delhi), and Bareilly. That’s 15 full fledged air bases with the whole of Ladakh in range, and 3 – Agra, Gwalior and Bakshi Ka Talab (Lucknow) just outside. The PLAAF infrastructure does not stand a chance against the Indian infra and the capability of its aircrafts.

Pakistan and Pakistan military is two different things
Agreed 👍

Apparently, China has succeeded in creating the conditions, where India is compelled to enhance it's defence capabilities and, consequently, increase it's defence spending. This is the result of gross trust deficit between both the countries.

No way man. Even with our naked eyes we can see J20 has characteristics of low observable fighters. Like internal weapons bay etc. We know nothing about J20s RAM coating so it is up for speculation. J20 being a canard wing fighter will always have higher RCS than F-35 and Chinese know this from beginning.

Chinese are continuously improving J20. It is their first low observable design...

haha indian delusion at its finest.

j-20 is 1-3 m2 rcs? lol yea thats why the USAF is using F-35s to simulate it in aggressor squads, while using the f-16 to do the same for su-57s. F-35s must have 1-3 m2 rcs too, everyone is terrible at stealth other than whatever 4th gen india buys i guess lmao because those must be stealthier than whatever actual stealth aircraft china or the us builds.

china doesnt have as much air fields because it doesn't need them against the 3rd world capabilities of the IAF. china is the world's greatest industrial power and 5-6 times richer than india, it can build entire fully equipt multi-thousand bed quarantine wards in literally 20 days, it build fully equipped island out of reefs, it went from near 0 to more high speed rail than the rest of the world combines in a couple years. IF it needed fully equipped airfields because of some perceived threat it will have them in mere months, forward fields can be had in mere days. clearly it decided it doesnt need that many against a incompetent foe whose only aspect that's ahead of the PLAAF is running their mouth and pretending to win in movies.

the j-20 will eat the entire IAF for breakfast. the j-16 will the have total and free reign over the entire northern indian airspace.

So, the war would end by breakfast, ot it would extend to lunch and dinner, as well? 😛😛😛

Stella performance in Ukraine.....

I did tell everyone years before the war that the system was overrated but yet we had Pakistani posters saying it was game over and they could target aircraft over Sargoda and shoot them as they just take off.....
Of course most of these lot have gone silent.

Merry Christmas from the Ukrainian pilots lol!!!!!

Bro, if we consider S-400 as a bad air defence system then how Ukraine is shooting down latest Russian missiles with old Soviet era S-300?

Russian administration is massively corrupt especially their military generals and its drunk military don't know how to operate its own weapons systems effectively. Russia lost a huge flagship to some cheap Ukrainian missiles and had to withdraw from their occupied territory too! They're very incompetent...
