BTW India already exports petroleum to Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Pakistan will be a good option.

This is old news, as of jan 2010, Iran has a surplus of gasoline and exports it too.

Iran stopped buying gasoline last year. The crude oil India buys now is for themselves. However, yes previously Iran bought gasoline from abroad due to high national demand that could not be met by our own refineries. Currently though, the 42 million liters per day meets our demands and we can sell it too. There are several projects, that if they finish, Iran's production of gasoline will reach ~190 million liters per day. Iran wants to become gasoline only exporter and not sell crude oil anymore.
