Look at measures such as gdp per capita and hdi, which includes indices such as oife expectancy, literacy,infant mortality, maternal mortality, eletrification, etc. India ranks higher than pakistan in all those measures. Of course, i wil admit that muslum on average ARE poorer than the average indian, but then again, most Indian muslims live in UP, Bihar, and WB , whixh are some of the poorer indian states. That does not change the fact that according to the UN ans WB data, the average Indian muslim lives longer, is more literate and educated, is more likely to have access to poeer, and is wealthier than the average pakistani. Not to mention more muslim infants and women die in pakistan than India. Please do check the HDI lists and look into the methodology of their calculation. Thank you.
