Hi, hindustan got TOT for a number of equipment, why not get complete TOT for MI-26 it would employ many indians and you'll not have spare and other infra problems, I think things in indian procurement are diseased with political interference rather than on the basis of merit. with TOT to MI-26 automatically spare problem will be resolved and cost would be stabilized.
