India does not need to import electricity at this time, so I doubt the credibility of the news. Even if there is a shortfall this summer, it is primarily because of the issues concerning Coal supply. The Coal India has reduced the supply to 65% committed capacity to the power generation plants which would translate to approx 55% PLF (Plant Load Factor).

Once the supply issues are worked out, the shortfall would be much smaller. With under construction power generation capacity in line, on a longer term basis, we would be able to fulfill our power needs.

Wus ghanta ko jo electricity line ayegi na usse latka dena........ waise bhi free hain to tumhe kuch farak nahi padega...

Aur apna ghanta unhi kisi ko free mein nahi dehte.....waqt ane par ghanta hi kaam aata hain..use sambhal ke apne pass rakna chaiye...
