India to have 'giant eyes' in the skies

Indians also claimed they are developing X band Radar which can spot "6Inch" objects from 4600km.

Ahem ahem...seriously trying to troll, are we...?

India is trying to BUY the X-Band radar from US which Israel has got from them..Each radar costs near about $ 1 bil. and your specs are correct..

Desiguy..these radars are operational in US and ISRAEL...

Since there is very little chance of US selling these bleeding edge Radar to India..We are developing long range radars with Israel and JV is working just fine...

. . .
wrong concept.. its not like firing a bullet at the system. its just shining light... when the camera from the system will be directed towards that place... all it will see will be a blinding light.

we dont need to blind the camera actively.. we only need to blind it when it is directed at the place which we dont want the camera to see.

so in other words, the camera will automatically be blinded when it turns to view the desired area.

therefore it will be like you looking at the ground one minute and seeing and then you turn to look at a light bulb only to find that its light is blinding your eyes.

so wen does pakistan and china start to build large mirrors.....
so that we can talk about it that time...

This is not going to be easy though, developing such long range radar.
But Somehow DRDO pulls it of when it comes to projects like this.
