While Pakistan only take aid from all over the world USA, China world bank, IMF, ADB etc. etc.

Now u will say Indian economy is 7-8 times bigger than Pakistan so divide a billion by 7.

In his whole history of pakistan, has u given aid to any country of about 140 millions???

Only incoming no outgoing of aid and donations.

The sum of USD 100 Billion (or thereabouts) has been agreed-sanctioned for Acquisition of Capital Goods i.e. Submarines, Tanks, Fighter Bombers, Heavy Artillery etc. etc.

This sum will spent over a period of time and not within the twinkling of an Eye!
