No, that's not what you said. I think the real reason is that India is a hungry country.

In 2020, India had export 65 million tons of grain.
China's grain output is 670 million tons and India's grain output is 320 million tons. The population of the two countries is similar. If India is not hungry, why doesn't China can export food? even China imports 140 million tons of grain every year.

(670+140)/(320-65)=3.18
China's per capita food consumption is 3.18 times that of Indians. If Indians are not hungry, then the Chinese must have three stomachs.

Hungry India is the main reason. In addition, Chinese people like meat and Indians like vegetarian food, so Chinese people need to consume a lot of grain to make feed. In addition, Chinese food wastes a lot of ingredients, while Indian food mainly consists of piles of rice paste, which only consumes a few ingredients.

Per capita wise we never deny that Taiwan is much higher than the mainland China. same is also true that Sri Lanka's GDP per capita is more than twice of India's.

I know India has large areas but this is not competition but basically securing the deals first.. Whoever gets the deals first reaps the benefit. If we got them first then we could reap long lasting benefits and we could use OIC to secure these deals

You do know wheat flour prices have skyrocketed in past few years
People are already against exporting to Afghanistan
If.we. start export to more countries we would have a severe wheat crisis
Gov imports.near a million tons.jist trying.to.stabilize market

Exporting raw materials wont boost you economy much but instead finished products
Same goes for agriculture
Export processed packaged food not raw wheat

Pakistan is not a regular buyer of Wheat, we imported wheat after Taliban took over the Afghan govt.
