Extreme Loiter time with an exceptional sensor suite. (@Hyperion the endurance is 30+ hours btw the P-8I's is 1/3rd-1/2th if this). Additionally the BAMS UAS can be operated from the P-8I the IN is already getting meaning they can cover more area together working in conjunction.

For your knowledge MTCR is no compulsory to be followed neither a treaty. It's a voluntary commitment. And there are loop holes which UK used when supplying the Brimstone to a ME country. /have look on it.
