India: The mess of democracy

hmmm well democracy is useless in countries where literacy level is less than 90% in my opinion,

& inida is the big example so increase education level things will change itself.

could you please enlighten what is suitable for India or any country which have less them 90% education???

I am happy for my country for being the world's largest democracy - where I can question or express my views freely...
