I don't think so because as per OP TDP is ally of BJP.

Our constitution provides them with all the Freedom, in fact to every citizen of India. Whomsoever will go against the writ of state (India), should be awarded with the bullet between their eyes!

Junagarh could very easily be a part of Pakistan as it has an outlet to the Sea.
The thing is your logic if flawed in its entirety because first Kashmir is ours but as you say it was upto the ruler hence Junagarh rightfully became ours.
But if population majority is the category the J and K is ours.

Why don't you ask the Bhutto family, why Shahnawaz Bhutto invited Indian troops and administration to Junagadh to take control of Junagadh and fled to Pakistan with his boria bister. Seriously when did Pakistan even care about religion majority in any princely states.
