When I read what they require of countries, it's literally black and white with no grey areas. There are two major areas that they are addressing. 1. Anti-Money laundering 2. Terror financing AND not all countries that run afoul are for both reasons i.e. you can be on the list for one or both reasons.

Again, a small handful - Albania, The Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, Burma (Myanmar), Cambodia, Ghana, Jamaica, Mauritius, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Syria, Uganda, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. Removed from the list in 2020: Iceland and Mongolia

Yes agreed. If India has done any of the things as quoted, it would make an entry into the black list directly.

If India is blacklisted then it would be proven that India was really involved in what was being said on PDF.

If, however, India is absolved of any wrong doing will the experts here then start blaming FATF body for being biased or accept the decision gracefully?
