Considering the fact that the Pakistani Navy's main weapons platforms are subsurface warships, it hardly affects Pakistan. It could be a potent deterrent for carrier battle groups of other blue ocean navies. So it should mainly scare the Americans, but then they are India's allies.

Haha. The surface combatants of the Pakistan Navy are neither large nor ocean faring. They are only littoral warships and so they will always be under the cover of the PAF and the coast. It doesn't seem much of threat and in any case, it would be overkill for such a large cruise missile.

It can attack military assets like aircraft hangars , weapons depot etc but Pakistan is so near to India that aircraft version is probably not for them . It is for a country whose Navy might do incursions in IOR and has potent Naval force like destroyers , frigates and even a floating casino turned aircraft carrier . 3 dozen of these can put the fear of GOD in anyone.But India might build 100s of these.

The other side will build stuff too.

Trolls always back each other. Nothing new. One cry about modi on every thread. Another about India.

Russia do not need to induct Brahmos, as it has already a variant P-800. Which is fitted on their own ships. So, if they need to induct Brahmos, that will requires extensive modification to their ships. While India is building many of the naval assets.

Brahmos is an overkill for PAK navy. Our threat perception shifted towards east since a long time. While the western front is nothing but a mediocre threat at least militarily.
