looks more like the wind tunnel model to me but the good thing is that they seem to have stealthy shape

According to Teer of the key forum, this is an IAF concept, which would be pretty interesting, simply by the fact that IAF seems to have it's own R&D going on for weapons they seems to want.

this is what Prasun K. Sengupta said

"The IAF has through its own in-house resources designed two PGMs: a turbofan-powered cruise missile with folding wings, & an unpowered glided version. Both missiles have all-composite airframe structures."

Nice, but it seems here IAF is late, as PAF already have both type systems operational in their fleet (Ra'ad & H-4, H-2).

The Point here is, IAF has its own research wing and has the capability to design and develop ammunition it requires.
